There are so many formations, so many different plays, so many blocking strategies and yet I feel the offense is not fooling anyone.
It makes me wonder if Vrabel and Smith are milking the organization and skating thru their contracts. They seem to be putting their burdens on the QB as if he were some sort of scapegoat.
I believe this duo has made the OL look terrible. Defenses seem to know this offense like a book even to the point where it can't move the ball.
I know that both Vrabel and Smith are greenhorns but it may take decades or an eternity for them to learn how this game should be played. Too much inexperience and it shows.
Why not look at veteran coaches who are experienced play callers?
