. So u bash him majority of the time but yet call him our best player?
Quotes around the word means he was quoting someone else (or many someone elses in this case) regarding Casey as our best player.

He's pretty harsh on him but I kind of see what he's saying at least in respect to him being paid as our top player, he should always be one of our top players.

I disagree with him in the sense that I think he does prove week in and week out he is one of our best players but even the best players have bad plays and can't do everything themselves.

Not relevant to this season but, the franchise "leader" in least yards receiving is George Blanda. 1 catch for -23 yards. Can't imagine how that went down.

Since moving
Michael Roos, 1 catch -7 yards. Anyone remember this play? What the heck happened that Roos was targeted (according to pro-football reference.com) but that he caught the ball for a loss of 7? (against Houston in 2005)

the "best player" is what I am told by numerous TITS fans on this site. I am saying, IF he really is our best player, and he's paid like one of them, then I expect him to show up every game.

Probably a batted pass that he caught.

It has nothing to do with how much he's payed and everything to do with the anthem thing.

And he does

You seem to think the best player should dominate all day...

That's not how the NFL works

Maybe if he caught it, fumbled it, took a weird bounce and he was the 3rd person to get to it - the eventual recovery..

Jag stats-

Bortles completed 21-of-34 passes on Sunday, but for just 155 yards. They managed just 12 first downs and 232 yards of total offense

Of those 12 total first downs (six passing and six rushing), it marked the lowest total by a Titans opponent since the Dolphins had 12 first downs on Oct. 8, 2017.

Jags never enter the red zone and only crossed midfield three times

The six points scored by the Jaguars was the lowest total allowed by the Titans since the Dolphins scored three points against the Titans at Miami on Nov. 11, 2012. The six points tied for the ninth-lowest total by a Titans opponent since the beginning of the 1999 season.

We still have those weird ironic team stats like last year. 49 points scored, 50 given up, but we're 2-1 lol

I guess Ill take it

Per @PFF, 110 of #Titans' 150 rushing yards against #Jags were after contact. Breakdown as follows:
Henry (47 of 57 after contact)
Mariota (36 of 51 after contact)
Lewis (25 of 26 after contact)
Sharpe (2 of 16 after contact)

Defense is currently #4 in points allowed. 3 of the teams in front of us played the trash Cardinals with a coach who we thankfully did not hire, so that helped them out.

That’s the most important stat that can be misleading to people. You can give up a ton of yards but if you can keep the opposing team out of the endzone that’s what matters.

"Henry doesn't pick up yards after contact"
