you can share ALL your games with 1 friend as long as you download them. so my buddy and i split the cost of 1 copy and only paid $30 for rdr2

got it too. hopefully i can check a little bit of it out this weekend. it looks so effing good
 
A friend who has been playing it all day (called in sick lol) texted me and said the world is enormous and there is tons of stuff to do.
 
They’ve touted it as the most dynamic rockstar game. Supposedly your actions have lasting repercussions and you can actually make choices

IF CHOICES MATTER IVE BEEN PLAYING KIND OF HEROIC. I'm not needlessly killing or executing.

Id suck at Westworld
 
Yeah it took me forever just to get to the camp where the world opens up and by that point I had to take a break lol
 
Ugh I hate to hear it starts slow. Was worried about that. That was one thing I really liked about spidey, it opens up immediately

It isn't not entertaining. It's just a few hours of closed gameplay that's basically a tutorial and character building.

It's excellent but you have to get through it to hit the massive open world.

It actually made it more impressive when you actually got to the open world. Everything being so contained made the sudden freedom even better.
 
I remember playing FF7 so long... FINALLY nearing the end after all that time... then realzing I had merely left the first city and was now free to move about the world.

Was an amazing feeling.

But I'm saying I like the idea... calm before the storm.

Makes everything after so epic after a nice setup.

No I meant the rdr2 intro isn't nearly as long as the ff7 midgar intro lol, midgar was like a full game on its own
 
Yeah, first part of it feels like a Metal Gear solid game. At least I did not spend (what seemed like) hours crawling on the floor of a hospital though.

It is cool to see

John Masten, his wife along with the villains from the first RDR: Javier Esquela, Bill Williamson and Dutch. And interesting to see how John is portrayed and talked about by the other gang members lol.


@GoT you would like this game. get to be an outlaw in the old west lol
 
The biggest fllaw is L2 being the button aim your weapon at someone when it's drawn but also to talk to someone when it's not.

Know how many poor interactions I've had because I didn't realize I was holding a gun and went to speak to someone and ended up aiming my gun at them to which they do the same and I have to shoot them.
 
Being good was boring. I'm killing everyone who pisses me off now. Robing everyone is way more fun.
 
10/10 Best Game in History

In the south you can find Klan rallies in the woods at night and slaughter them all.

Shotty and knife are the most rewarding.
