I've heard prequel or "future".

Probably a delayed release, though.
Saw some new info on the game. Looks like it is going to be a prequel and that it is going to take place North East of Redemption. Because the Great Plains that included Blackwater is in the south west in the new game .

This is the map you'll be playing in Red Dead Redemption 2 | TechRadar

Future would be hard since the original was set to late to begin with.

I hope they still have a Thieves Landing type place, that place was great.

I like Landon Rickets too. Wished he was in the game more.

Punched in the gut when I finished RDR1...hope they dont do that to me again in RDR2

At the end of RDR...
I made sure I had my handgun with the most bullets. Had Jack UNLOAD into that fucker!

I just hope the second has more stuff in some of the cities. Like saloons and whore houses etc.

I played redemption but never played revolver. Is it worth going back and playing? I know they just added the original to the store.

I am so anxious to play the new RDR I started playing RDR on PS Now. Currently I am in Mexico fighting on both sides of the Mexican Revolution lol.

Still one of my favorites parts in a game is arriving in Mexico for the first time and riding my horse to Escalera.

You ride to Chuparosa ;) (I thought it was Escalera too until I just played it lol)

It is a nice wind-down moment, with that song playing, after what can be a very frustrating trip to Mexico. Trying to get down that river on that raft, with no cover, and banditos shooting at you from behind rocks can be frustrating.

No idea what's going on... no gameplay footage that I could tell.

However... I knew nothing about the first one. Best gaming experience I've ever had, frankly.
