I know I posted a video earlier of just Simmons getting the call but this is the Titans front office making it happen. Good stuff.

You mean where the woman he was hitting was on the ground already and he was just wailing on her? How is that defending your sister? And it looked like the sister had a big weight advantage over the female on the ground. Go back and watch because you clearly didn't see the video.
I love Vrabel’s stacheI know I posted a video earlier of just Simmons getting the call but this is the Titans front office making it happen. Good stuff.
Thats weirdI love Vrabel’s stache
You’re weird lolThats weird
Really? More than when their all-time great QB was discovered to have side hoes to the point of buying second places to live with them? He's in the same boat as Tyreek Hill to me now. Can't cheer for anyone that lays hands on a female. Embarrassing time to be a Titans fan.
Not agreeing with what he did, I'd never hit a woman and would lose my sh*t if someone hit one of my daughters, but just watched the video. Funny how the woman in red hits the "defence less" woman on the ground, kicks her at the end and then drags her by the leg afterward and nothing is said lolHave you seen the full video? He tried to seperate them at first. Then he started wailing on her while both of the girls were still fighting on the ground. Pretty sure the large woman in red you're speaking of was his mom not his sister. His sister was in white and tangled up with her until he started punching her.
Again, not saying it's right. Clearly it's not. But the situation is also clearly not the same as Rice, Hunt, and others. Emotions were high with disrespect given about his family, he was also defending his sister but clearly crossed a line. Add to that, he was 17.
He's been a high character guy at Miss St and has owned up to his mistake.
Dude, that is so nice to see... if that doesn’t bring a tear to your eye, I don’t know what will....I know I posted a video earlier of just Simmons getting the call but this is the Titans front office making it happen. Good stuff.
That video just needs some "My Heart Will Go On" in the backgroundI know I posted a video earlier of just Simmons getting the call but this is the Titans front office making it happen. Good stuff.

From Sports Illustrated....I obviously don't condone what he did. He lost his composure when a family member was being attacked, he should have known better, but it's easier for me to say that when it's not my sister being attacked, etc.
That being said, if everything they are saying is true about him completely turning things around, and being involved with the community and such, then he's doing everything he can on his part to try and show everyone that's not truly who he is.
I hope he can make a full recovery from his injury, and can help us when he gets back!
I don't get this sentiment.
It happened. He did it. He's taken responsibility for it.
Not everyone was aware of the incident. It'd be negligent of ESPN and NFLN to not talk about it.
Yeah I am on that boat. I don't know much at all about the kid and all they did was show highlights of the beating. So you think all the draft coverage of Simmons should be about negative things that happened 3 years ago and not actually show any highlights of his play?
Don’t you think there are many Titans fans who don’t know him as a player and might want to see what they are getting ON THE FIELD?
It's absurd they acted like it was their obligation to show the video. I can see it now next year:So you think all the draft coverage of Simmons should be about negative things that happened 3 years ago and not actually show any highlights of his play?
