Titans need a top notched edge rusher on defense as well as better pass protection.

1. Keep all of our fas
2. Cut/trade for peanuts butler, walker, wake, lewis they did nothing to help this team
3. Edge
4. A speedy playmaker on o rb/wr type
5. A new minded assistant d coordinator if peas doesn't leave, if he does leave then get a d coordinator that will take sum chances

1. Sign henry
2. Sign or tag Tannehill
3. Sign conklin
4. Draft edge 1st round
5. Sign logan ryan OR draft cb 2nd round
6. Sign or draft an impact speed WR
7. Draft rb 3rd round
8. Sign a backup qb

Cut Dion & Wake, delanie retires
The only piece missing is K.
I don’t think Joseph is the guy going forward, not that he did bad, but he wasn’t called on either.

Disagree on butler. Thought he played well until the injury and even more, the secondary as a whole looked great with butler, jackson, Ryan and byard.
After Butler and Jackson went down, Ryan looked like the weak one. Even after Jackson returned.

Exactly—what a bunch of idiotic knee jerk reactions. He is a great DC and won’t go anywhere.
he did the same shit in the KC game he's done all season

rush 3 and be a little bitch the whole game

it didn't work in regular season either otherwise we would've been ranked higher than *21st* out of 32. The offense carried the team into the post season.

**** that. If we're going to give the Henry the money everyone here wants to give him he better get the ball every damn snap.

You don't give the guy premiere money to carry the ball less.

And if he gets hurt, we just call it a season and go home?

I like a lot of this, but I am not sure how we can achieve all of that. Would take a very good draft. I would say that in the draft you just take the beat talent available. We are already at a point we can compete with most teams and make a deep playoff run. So take the best playmaker you can to give you a greater advantage somewhere. If that is a burner at WR the get that. If you can get a great DL or edge, do that. If CB, do that.

Pass rush 100%. Look at the 49ers, they can get pressure and sacks without blitzing much.

Yeah, I think SF is our model. We need to turn our good defense into a scary defense. I think they are pretty close. Need more pass rush.

“Worked” against NE? They didn’t get 300 yards.

Baltimore, specifically Jackson, got a bunch of garbage time stats. Up 28-6 allows some prevent D. Not a fan still but kind of makes sense.

I agree in general Peas plays soft and often too early. That was a knock about him before he was hired here. Some of that is talent though. If 3/4 guys going after a QB could actually get pressure, his approach wouldn’t seem that bad.

As mentioned by someone else though, I’d like to see the switch back to 4-3. Casey and Simmons would both benefit. Landry and Evans might not though.

I generally prefer 4-3 myself. The problem is great 4-3 ends that can play with their hand in the dirt are much harder to find than 3-4 rush linebackers are.

Edge has to be priority number one. We HAVE to get more pressure next season. Aside from that, KC proves to us that we need more speed in the secondary.

Everyone feels that way when they play the Chiefs. But it is very unlikely you will find enough speed to keep up at all spots. You are better of getting to the QB faster.

He has to work with what he has. He is playing the best offense in the league. Very can slow that down without a lot better talent. He has a long history of being successful. He will be back unless he doesn’t want to.

I don’t know, we got production out of guys like Babin and vandenbosch, and even the later version of Kearse as long as a good DT is there, we had Fat Al for those guys.

This has 2 be edge. The only problem is we have so many free agents that we need to know who we keep before we can say what we need.

The other ten guys are that bad?

When Lewis leaves, we have blasingame and I presume the corpse of fluellen rattling around somewhere.

We need some depth at the position, as we do at every position.

Yeah. I didn’t say we go into the season with 1 RB.

I don’t see much sense in dumping resources into two guys though, especially if one of them is getting elite money.

If we franchise Henry them I’m all for investing more in #2.

CUT SOQFG. NOW, I am amazed that people talk about a soft dline and NO pass rush but then GIVE THIS FATBOI a pass. HE is supposed to be our best player. Laughable.

Hopefully we sign Henry....that should be top priority. That said, the rub will be the length of extension IMO. At the pace we are using him, his tread will be gone in 3 years IMO.

Other needs are Defense (needs in all areas IMO), and a reliable kicker. I would like to resign Tannehill, but I have a feeling that he will be pretty expensive (tough to get both him and Henry contracts done without hurting ourselves against the cap in the future). It may be better to see about getting one of the elderly options that may be available for a 1-2 year fix, and try drafting our next long term fix at QB (would love to see JRob take a stab at that).

Overall I am pretty happy with the progress this team has made....looking forward to next season already LOL.
