Great breakdown of the Ravens and how they use RPO. Sorry about the double vid post. Only way i could post it from twitter.

Touchy aren't we? Perhaps you are new to NFL football and how it equates to fans and what we do. In case you've been under a rock for well since forever, fans of opposing teams whether it is the regular season, and especially come playoff time, discuss the upcoming game and players involved in said game of the team that fan roots for.. I know shocking isn't it!
Conveniently forgot the FACT that the Titans beat Mahomes, huh? Something Lamar couldn't do week 3.
Common sense should tell you that it doesn’t matter what would happen if the roles were reversed. We are not talking about what ifs, we are talking about reality the fact that the titans are a big under dog against the 14-2 ravens. Now whether you want to admit it or not the media and most raven fans that I have spoken with give us basically no shot to win. Myself and most titan fans know it will be a big upset if we were to win which is exactly what I wrote in my original post. I can tell you this much, if the roles were reversed I would not be in your ravens forum trying to convince you we are going to win
Rodgers 4002 yards on 569 attempts
Prescott 4902 yards on 596 attempts
Wentz 4039 yards on 607 attempts
Brady. 4057 yards on 617 attempts
Jackson 3127 yards on 401 attempts
Mariota (2016) 15 games 3426 on 451 attempts 61.6 comp % is my comparable season as a passer. Mariota is great in the red zone as a passer too. Bunch of short passes and check downs. Keeps the percentage up.
Do you kinda see what we are talking about ? While I doubt it. You will learn eventually as we all did with Mariota that in the NFL you have to be able to throw the ball down the field. Specifically the Titans. You beat the Titans with big plays. You can’t win by running or dinking or dunking. You have to have big runs or big pass plays. You have to beat the Titans over the top. If not it’s going to be a long day for the Ravens. You don’t have WRs. Hollywood Brown and his 546 yards ain’t scaring anyone. 146 of that he got in the first game against Miami.
The Ravens beat one really good team this year..... this game is going to be tougher than you think.
Another raven fan in here to proclaim there dominance. You clearly have issues understanding posts which is evident by the fact that you can clearly see I wrote it would be a big upset.
I don't disagree; I think this could be a tight game. Not sure if Ingram will play or for you guys if Brown will play. But it's next man up.
I see the line is holding steady at -9.5 for what that's worth.
I'll be back win or lose - been on this board over a decade. Looking forward to an awesome game
Total Ratbirds fans crying after the game in the standsSetting up the Sportbook bets for the game. Any requests like total Henry yards, Tanney passing yards, etc.?
Titans by 27anyone has a shot to win. However the thoughts behind this are not based off anything more than the fact that we are very explosive, hard to stop and you are very predictable and based off running only. I know you beat some sub-par teams but the titans are about to hit a brick wall hard.
Ratbirds suckNot blinders but facts. Everything you stated at first I can agree with. But the samethings you said about Jackson ( favorable natchups to throw to receivers and teams basically forcing him to do things he is not comfortable in doing) can be said about ALL NFL QBs. Is this not true? If the Ravens for example force Tannehill to do things he is not comfortable in doing, the Ravens would have a better chance in beating the Titans too!! Is this not an accurate statement from me? So, your point is basically a moot one.
Now all the talk about teams will figure Jackson and the Ravens offense out. We are going on two years no? Jackson is 20-4 (counting playoff loss last year) as a starter. If defenses who now have all the tape in the world on Jackson and the Ravens offense, and still hasn't "cracked the code" on stopping our offense - an offense according to you and others is nothing more than a 'wildcat'college gimmick offense; well that does not bode well or say much about NFL calibur DCs now does it? You mentioned Mahomes. Who has slowed him down? The only thing that slowed down Mahomes and the Chiefs offense is when Mahomes got hurt and he missed 4 games this year. Other than that, Mahomes is still playing at an extremely high level. LOL! Bad analogy there bud. Back to Lamar Jackson. So, you are pulling out his Louisville stats with completions. So he never completed more than 60% of his passes in college. Okay, aaaaannddd? He completed 66% of his passes this year. Hmmm. Lets see. By comparison
Aaron Rodgers 62%
Dak Prescott 65%
Tom Brady 60%
Carson Wentz 64%
So, I guess Jackson's 66% was an anomaly right? The strides made by Jackson from last year to this year are night-n-day. Personally, I think he will continue to improve. The kid is a tireless worker from everything I've read and he wants to be great. How you compare Vick or Vince Young etc to Jackson who is a different QB (other tangibles besides being a running QB) playing in a different system is laughable. If I wanted to refute your logic there, I can point out Russell Wilson who in his own right is a dual threat QB who has won a Superbowl. You can't put a tag on intangibles like work-ethic, studying and good ole fashion heart, to determine how great a QB can be.
BDH 1000 yards....in this gameSetting up the Sportbook bets for the game. Any requests like total Henry yards, Tanney passing yards, etc.?
No doubt there's a lot of things which have to break the Titans way to keep this one close.
The Titans need a big play early to spark some confidence. They need Pees to confuse Jackson and the Titans DL to do enough to keep him uncomfortable. Tannehill has to hit a screen early to keep that Ravens DL in check and Henry be effective enough so the Titans can stay in their play-action offense. And, obviously, the Titans LBs have to limit Jackson when he decides to take off.
I like where this Titans team is right now. The OL seems to have hit their stride which means Henry playing at even a higher level. We're getting some injured guys back when they're needed most.
Saturday night can't come fast enough.
Ratbirds suckThe problem here is the ravens dynamic pieces on offense. You cant "shadow" him like people keep saying due to his speed. With speed like sneed, brown, Hurst and Andrews (on LB"s I mean) you cannot keep people in the box watching him. The DB's and LB's are pulled back giving him the space to get 10-15 very fast. If you keep someone there you cannot possibly cover some of the speed we have in the back end. It all comes down to Lamar making the throws honestly. Without even being a ravens fan I feel sorry for defenses trying to stop him right now.
