True. That is the beauty of football as opposed to baseball, basketball and hockey. It isn't the best 4 out of 7. It is one game. All you have to be is better than your opponent for ONE game. That is what's meant by the best team does not always win. So true especially in football.

Clearly, you have passion and blinders on for your team. Any fan does to some extent. The Titans know they are behind the 8 ball in this game, as do the intelligent fans. That being said the Titans can beat the Ravens if they force Jackson to the throw the ball which is not where he excels. You can't say he is a great passer when he gets favorable coverage match-ups for his tight ends / WR's because teams fear his running ability. IF, hear me, IF the Titans can contain him to some degree and force him to throw from the pocket in a game where the Ravens need to score the Titans can win. If the Titans can't contain him then they are in trouble.

And let me add, if you think Jackson will be able to keep this torrid pace up next year and beyond you are sorely mistaken. Last year it was Mahomes who couldn't be stopped and NFL defenses are catching up to him. 2 years ago it was, "nobody can stop Sean McVay" and this year the Rams are out of the playoffs. Last time I checked Louisville wasn't setting the world on fire his last year. NFL defenses adjust, its what they do. If college defenses could slow him its only a matter of time. Its a cold hard fact of the NFL, quarterbacks that can pass have longevity. Those who can't are flashes in the pan. Facts are Lamar Jackson in college never completed more than 60% of his passes in a season. How many Superbowl's does Mike Vick have? Take your time I'll wait. And let me tell you about 2 guys who had just as good or better college careers than Lamar Jackson...Vince Young and Marcus Mariota. We know how that ended. Lastly let me tell you about a man named Steve McNair. Pretty sure he had wheels and toughness unmatched in his day, but he had to learn how to pass to have longevity. Jackson can do it, but slow your roll. He has proven ZERO so far in my book other than to have a great year.

Not blinders but facts. Everything you stated at first I can agree with. But the samethings you said about Jackson ( favorable natchups to throw to receivers and teams basically forcing him to do things he is not comfortable in doing) can be said about ALL NFL QBs. Is this not true? If the Ravens for example force Tannehill to do things he is not comfortable in doing, the Ravens would have a better chance in beating the Titans too!! Is this not an accurate statement from me? So, your point is basically a moot one.

Now all the talk about teams will figure Jackson and the Ravens offense out. We are going on two years no? Jackson is 20-4 (counting playoff loss last year) as a starter. If defenses who now have all the tape in the world on Jackson and the Ravens offense, and still hasn't "cracked the code" on stopping our offense - an offense according to you and others is nothing more than a 'wildcat'college gimmick offense; well that does not bode well or say much about NFL calibur DCs now does it? You mentioned Mahomes. Who has slowed him down? The only thing that slowed down Mahomes and the Chiefs offense is when Mahomes got hurt and he missed 4 games this year. Other than that, Mahomes is still playing at an extremely high level. LOL! Bad analogy there bud. Back to Lamar Jackson. So, you are pulling out his Louisville stats with completions. So he never completed more than 60% of his passes in college. Okay, aaaaannddd? He completed 66% of his passes this year. Hmmm. Lets see. By comparison
Aaron Rodgers 62%
Dak Prescott 65%
Tom Brady 60%
Carson Wentz 64%

So, I guess Jackson's 66% was an anomaly right? The strides made by Jackson from last year to this year are night-n-day. Personally, I think he will continue to improve. The kid is a tireless worker from everything I've read and he wants to be great. How you compare Vick or Vince Young etc to Jackson who is a different QB (other tangibles besides being a running QB) playing in a different system is laughable. If I wanted to refute your logic there, I can point out Russell Wilson who in his own right is a dual threat QB who has won a Superbowl. You can't put a tag on intangibles like work-ethic, studying and good ole fashion heart, to determine how great a QB can be.

The Titans at Ravens game is only the 4th time in NFL history(Super Bowl era) that the team with the No. 1 rushing offense faced off against the league's No. 1 rusher in the postseason.

The team with the No. 1 rusher has won all three times so far.

Per ABell

Tannehill has had a nice season or more of a 'rebirth' with Tennessee. Prior to that, he was to say the least, very pedestrian. I hope he comes out trying to throw the ball all over the place on the Ravens secondary. It will not end well for him I have a feeling. Regardless of what you continue to say about Jackson's passing ability, it doesn't hold an ounce of water. You know it, I know it and anyone that follows the NFL this year knows it. Stats and numbers on Jackson's season shoot more holes in your argument than moths on clothes. But of course you would rather have Tannehill than Jackson right? LOL! Jackson has proven he can beat teams with his arm - SEE Buffalo game! And to some extent, the 49ers game. 49ers not so much in his overall passing stats that game, but rather the type of throws and when he made them against the Niners.

Ravens get behind? Not sure what they will do considering they are almost never behind. So, I guess we will see on that front. My money tells me that Jackson can lead the Ravens if they trail a game. If he can throw 3 or 4 or 5 TDs in a game they are leading, he surely can do the same if the Ravens are trailing by 10 or more points. Finally, you are more than wrong regarding if Ingram cannot play or limited then the Ravens become the Patriots. I guess you forgot about our other RBs as well as our three TEs. If there are three better in the league, I sure as hell would like to know who and what team. Our WRs have been clutch and catch the ball when targeted. The Titans will still need to account for 'Hollywood' Brown regardless.

Dude...do you not have anything better to do?

Get ready for a beat down boys!!!!! We owe the Crack Birds an ass whippin of life time and we have the team to give it to them!!!! Henry will break playoff records in this one. 350-400 rushing yards easy!!!! Our mighty defense will put a choke hold on their want a be MVP QB!!!!! Lopsided score for sure!!!!
Titans 999
Crack Birds 2.4

We will beat them so badly that Ray Lewis will disown his old team!!!!

For someone so confident I feel you doth protest too much. Feeling a little nervous are you?

Of course you should win. You are the better team the season would tell us. So we got nothing to lose. We are the sixth seed. If you win, OK, you should. But if we win it will make your season a huge disappointment, you will feel like, shit, and we will be happy to help you feel better. If we win, please stop back by.

Rodgers 4002 yards on 569 attempts
Prescott 4902 yards on 596 attempts
Wentz 4039 yards on 607 attempts
Brady. 4057 yards on 617 attempts

Jackson 3127 yards on 401 attempts

Mariota (2016) 15 games 3426 on 451 attempts 61.6 comp % is my comparable season as a passer. Mariota is great in the red zone as a passer too. Bunch of short passes and check downs. Keeps the percentage up.

Do you kinda see what we are talking about ? While I doubt it. You will learn eventually as we all did with Mariota that in the NFL you have to be able to throw the ball down the field. Specifically the Titans. You beat the Titans with big plays. You can’t win by running or dinking or dunking. You have to have big runs or big pass plays. You have to beat the Titans over the top. If not it’s going to be a long day for the Ravens. You don’t have WRs. Hollywood Brown and his 546 yards ain’t scaring anyone. 146 of that he got in the first game against Miami.

The Ravens beat one really good team this year..... this game is going to be tougher than you think.

That's the great thing about football, we will get to see it play out this weekend. The Ravens are the best team in football no doubt. That being said, if Henry goes over 100 yards the game will be close.

Also who would you rather tackle repeatedly?

a man who is 5'10'' 227lbs
or a man who is 6'3'' 247lbs
I would take Henry 9 out 10 times. But 5'10 230 vs 6'3 250 the shorter guy has a huge advantage.

Totally agree this game will be tougher than Ravens think but they beat far more than one really good team. They beat 5 playoff teams. Maybe we assess really good differently.

guessing you haven't watched much of his film. He is a pocket passer that happens to be a cheat code with his legs.
Really looking forward to the primetime show.
Ok we all know this is bs, I hope you do. He has an arm but he is not a pocket passer. That would be like me saying I am a chef because I grill often.

Regardless we are playing with house money. All the pressure is on the ravens and they are over flowing with confidence. The media thinks we have no chance as well as the ravens fan base. If the titans find a way to win this one it will shock the football world. I can’t wait!!!

LMBO! Uh the Ravens have thrown the ball plenty down field this year. Then again, you take what the defense gives you which includes 'dinks and dunks if necessary. I will remind you after the game of how often Tannehill did the same to his backs. You can discount Hollywood all you want. Hopefully, the Titans DBs will do the same. Leave him open, let's see what happens when Jackson gets the ball to him.

Finally, I don't know what meth pipe you have been sucking on, but get some help if you really believe the Ravens only beat ONE good team this year. Ravens played and beat:

49ers
Seahawks
Bills
Rams
Patriots
Texans

Waldo the above teams - 5 out of the 6 are in this year's playoffs. Those playoff teams are ALL BETTER than the Titans record wise and overall. Boy! I needed that laugh from you. Thanks!

Uh hmmm. Should the Ravens NOT be confident considering the team they have and the record they have, and who they beaten this year? Should Ravens fans NOT equally be confident? We are confident NOT cocky. There is a difference. The Ravens respect the Titans and not taking anything for granted. They realize the Titans are in the "dance" for a reason. The reason is because they are a damn good team. Our fans see the same. So, you are a little off base in sizing up this game IMHO!
