The reality is that he's currently the starter, and has to show improvement in order to keep the job in Tennessee. He's shown flashes of great play, as well as bad play. His durability is a legitimate area of concern as well. I hope for him to succeed, because that would mean a better than 9-7 record this year. If he doesn't, next man up.

I bolded the points you made above. I said neither of these things in my post.
