BS. Read what the man said:

“I would imagine we’re the underdogs every week, that’s kind of… I mean, you go to our games, there’s 20,000 of the other team’s fans.”

I saw a handful of Jags fans at that game. Clearly, what Vrabel is talking about were the Bills, Chiefs and Saints games.

I got that. What I'm speaking on is the fact that regardless of ticket cost and how many away team fans are there he's hearing more noise from them than our own fans. I'm not talking just one specific game.

We’ve experienced a lot more bad than good. I think 9-7 isn’t really the “good” that brings the energy especially if that’s really the best they’ve done in over a decade.

As a fan that's all we can hope for that our team plays well. Hell we could be worse. Look at the Browns or the lions.

You'll have to be more specific since, I assume, you attend the games.

There were only three games this season where there were 20k opposing fans in the stadium — Bills, Chiefs and Saints.

None of those fans were louder than Titans fans, IMO, when defenses were on the field.

I have made it down to a few games. The most recent was the home opener against the Colts .

The majority of the folks in my section were like seated statues but the crowd was loud at times but not like I've heard in the past so that's what I'm basing my opinion on..To be specific, the games you're speaking on I didn't attend.

On one hand I can agree with Vrabel, on the other hand Vrabel probably has no real understanding of our history.

The one thing you have always been able to count on with this franchise (both in TN and when in TX) is they are going to let you down. The one thing they have excelled at in the life of this franchise is the ability to build up your hopes to be able to destroy them. Beat the best team in the league today, next week get hammered by the 0 win team. It is what it is. You want fans in the stands, then you have to give several years of consistent winning. If you are making playoff runs for 3 years straight and fans are still an issue, by all means, spout your mouth off about it. Until then, go win ballgames.

I'm on board with contracts for both, frankly.

The Cap goes up every year, we'll be fine.
not only has the cap gone up every year for a while now, but we just dont have many guys due for contracts after this season.

it will all balance out in a year or 2

I was responding to his question. What's ignorant is people complaining about ticket prices. If the price is an issue watch the game at home for free. Vrabel was speaking on what HE saw and felt. Maybe he wouldn't even say that if folks would stand up and make noise but according to Titan Jeff fans were loud so whatever. Calm down with that BS. We in the AFC championship game and folks worried about ticket prices and some stupid s### Vrabel said.
