The tits have been running the same basic offense ( run first, etc, etc) since Jeff Fisher days.Problem I had with Vrabel is that he is a defense guy. We have him, and pees, when the part of the team that has been a problem for over a decade, the offense, has a revolving cast of nobodies.

Does anyone believe that if Mariota had 1) one single OC (who also knew what he was doing) 2) a single HC 3) good wide receivers
and 4) an offensive line that actually protected him for the WHOLE five years he was here that he could have reached his potential? I just saw this tweet that I really believe hits the nail on the head: it’s that the Titans ruined Mariota’s potential. I really do believe that if he was put in Jared Goff’s situation when he was drafted and with his circumstances, that Mariota would be ballin out right now. But no the Titans organization and not him is to blame for how his growth as a QB was stunted. Does anyone see this or is it just me?

We've covered it... this organization doesn't develop players, that matter.If this article is to believed to be true, where was the coaching for Mariota. If these things were known before he got drafted, why did they not work to fix them?
