U think ? The defense he inherited ain’t too shabby and his qb is hall of fame material. Season still young though . Lol

So much fun... we're consistently bad-average year in, year out.

Meanwhile, Colts consistently "fall" into good times... this time, they have a good team with a HC they didn't even want and a staff he didn't even hire. And yet...

... and we're still struggling to be adequate.
 
I'm convinced the Titans consistently underachieving starts and ends with ownership. Amy isn't a good owner in the ways that matter. She hires bad people based on the wrong criteria (like only accepting GMs who would agree to keep Mularkey). The Adams family seems to lack the necessary NFL connections to find the right people and succeed in the cutthroat NFL.

As much as everyone around here has loved JRob at times, he hasn't assembled a top-tier NFL roster. He hasn't assembled a good coaching staff. He isn't a good GM.

Vrabel probably isn't a good coach.

When they eventually get fired, why is there any reason to believe Amy will hire better people?
 
have long argued the titans need to put in field turf make other changes and lose the love ya blue uni's and go with the darker blue or two tone.

They need attempts to seriously change this team from an optics perspective. Then clean house and get qualified coaches in the early 40's age bracket like the rams sean mcvay. Time to rip off the band-aid and truly TITAN UP

They already tried this. The new uniforms suck (probably because Amy approved them).

The problems run much deeper than how dark the blue is.

He was an All Pro pre-injury. Some players say it takes almost 2 years after the injury to really get back to normal.


Regardless, you can't predict injuries. I guess Eric Berry was a terrible pick right? Barely played his 4th yea before he was shutdown in December. Then played only played 2 full seasons after that. Chiefs totally should have saw that cancer diagnosis. Stupid Chiefs.

My dad says the exact same things. Used to watch the Titans with him when I was a teenager and we had guys like McNair and George. Times were mostly good. Until we barred McNair from the facility and all that happened. My dad has hated the Titans for that ever since. I'm honestly starting to be in the same boat, but obviously for different reasons. I don't think anything will change as long as someone in the Adams family has control. Vrabel has been a BAD hire. He acts like he is better than everyone when being asked questions by the media, ala Belichick. I'd be fine with it if we were improving, winning, and back to being thought of as a top 10 NFL team. But we just flat out suck.

Different season, same craptastic results.

He's 11-10 as a head coach. That's not bad, but it's not great either.

I guess just like the revolving door of OC's and QB's that everyone else wants, I am the opposite and would like to give people some semblance of a chance. 1 1/4 seasons is not a chance, unless it was dumpster fire quality. He's not there.

That's the big question.

It's what killed Mularkey.

Problem I had with Vrabel is that he is a defense guy. We have him, and pees, when the part of the team that has been a problem for over a decade, the offense, has a revolving cast of nobodies.

We should have hired an offense guy.

Completely off subject. I saw a thing on subliminal messaging and an example they used was new direction/ nude erection....... just saying
 
This team is a disaster.....6-0 if he had the ability to score 20 ppg.

Much like the Tennessee vols, we may be in the middle of a 25 year rebuild.

Defense has alot of good building blocks.

Who will be the QB? For some unknown reason the oline is awful and has a ton of money tied up, where do we go there? DW82 is probably near the end, the rest of the receiving corps is decent.

Biggest question for me....what about the coaching staff, are they part of the problem?
