Riley Ridley

This is the 2nd most overrated WR behind DK Metcalf. His name and school have people projecting him in the 2nd-3rd round. This is a 5th-6th round talent.

Id add Clelin Ferrell to this list
Curious your reasoning on this.Is it because he's more of a 4-3 DE, or because you think he benefited from the stacked Clemson D-line, or you just don't think he's that talented?

He was a hard evaluation for me, I'm still not sure on him.

I think his tape is a blooper reel

Guys always there to make an impact then just doesnt. Great explosion off the line but has cement in his shoes. Change of direction is ass.

And yes playing on a stacked line helped, beware of those players with tons of help. Freed him up quite a bit having all that help.

Him playing on a stacked line was my biggest thing, but then again I love Christian Wilkins and he played on the same line, so I can't really justify knocking Ferrell for something I don't also knock against Wilkins for.

My 2 biggest problems with him is playing on THE stacked line and his outside rush. Wilkins and Lawrence could be first rounders and he could too. That's crazy! So he had it quite a bit easier.

Second, he doesn't seem to have good bend around the arc. He tends to beat people outside when they are lesser competition or inferior athletes or the qb stays deep or goes deeper because of push up the middle...and there was a lot. Without that great push, not sure how well he's gonna do outside against NFL Ot's. And if he can't win outside, it will really hurt his best move...the inside counter. He does have a nice bull...but unless you're Kahlil Mack, that's not a good recipe. To me that makes him a boom or bust guy...but that's why a lot of us will gravitate towards the DT's since what you see is what you'll get.

How often did you see them single Wilkins and Lawrence to be able to double Ferrell. Didn't happen. Wilkins and Lawrence got doubled a lot...Ferrell not so much. And Wilkins still got to the QB a lot!

Wilkins is a perfect fit IMO, would complement Casey perfectly. If I was betting on it, my money is on him being the pick (if we stay at 19).

If they like Wilkins, they will probably become convinced that someone else will pick him so they will trade to move up to get him just in case. That seems to be our M.O. in the past few drafts.

I don't necessarily want him (because I'm not sure I want a receiver), but he is buttery smooth and is going to be a better pro than a college player.

I'm planting my flag on Riley Ridley Bust turf. But hey, I was wrong once before.

As long as we don't draft a wr or te in the first I'm good. We can definitely get a decent receiver later on. I say we either take a center/ guard or a dl/edge. What we don't get in the first we get in the second. Saying all that I would absolutely love to get Bradbury in the first. He is a once in a generation athlete at center.

Jerome Spencer is vastly overrated

Avoid at all cost

There's much better value at 1B in the later rounds

Problem is, I don't think he makes it to 19. I'm not sure he makes it out of the top 10. We might have to go get him if they really want him. To me, he is a blue chip player in this draft.

He's also going to be 24 next season. So as good as he is, you also have to take into consideration that he's a grown man relative to many players out there.
