Dudes always talk , something always slips out , even if it’s a vibe of discontent, even ex players . With Mariota all dudes do is emphatically state how much they love playing for him and how they have his back. With many other quarterbacks dudes stay quiet or say nice things half heartedly. NFL guys are no good at completely concealing their feelings. If we’re gonna point out all his faults which indeed are valid then give him full credit for his attributes as well. With those bad numbers he has , the reason this debate even exists is because his ceiling, leadership, athleticism and character are super off the charts . For better or worse these are facts.
