Eh, not sure about that. Mariota never melted down or had any severe issues.

He's not worth complaining about, frankly.

Probably hear more about him from those that hated him and will complain about him always being talked about - even though they are the ones talking about him.

I don’t hate the guy, just know he’s long gone....and knew Tannehill would surpass him. I really hope we draft a guy and keep Tannehill. We need to get this QB position fixed...
 
Why does mariota still wear a helmet on the sidelines? Shouldn’t he be wearing a ball cap and holding a clipboard everytime it shows him it’s hilarious.

last time I checked you don’t need a helmet to listen to the play calls they have headsets for that
 
Mary should join the Kaepernick movement of its all everybody else's fault but mine forever in perpetuity. I can't believe that all the players and coaches sandbagged him like this just to pull out their best stuff for Tannehill. Lawsuit grievance time for poor poor Mary.
 
After the win against the Jags on Sunday, Ryan Tannehill has a passer rating of 100+ in 4 of his starts this season. For the year, Tannehill's passer rating as a starter (114.9) is 23.2 points higher than Mariota's (91.70) with essentially the same exact roster.

In addition, among QB's with at least 5 starts, his rating of 114.9 leads the NFL among 34 qualifying QB's. And when he scrambles his rushing has been efficient and effective, even more so than Mariota and that is supposed to be his strong suit.

Arthur Smith is still a mediocre level OC and the Titans may not make the playoffs but it should be abundantly clear that Tannehill is the better QB and all the die hard Mariota fans should admit as much and eat their crow.

I was never a die hard fan by any stretch but I liked the pick initially and thought he could be the guy after year 1 but each successive year I lost more confidence and patience with him and when we traded for Tanny I knew by game 6 he’d be at least given a shot because MM was likely to be hurt or ineffective turned out the latter. I wish the kid success he’s a good guy just not a great QB. Will he go somewhere and become great I highly doubt it but I’d never not wish him good luck and success. Tanny is light years better than him in the pocket we’ve seen that week in and week out since he’s started gland the change was made and so are a lot of his teammates I bet !
 
This thread will undoubtedly get merged but yea, the "next" coach gonna fix busted ass Mary
