He has not played well "this season". 1st game he was dead average. 2nd game he was not good. 3rd game he was not good. 4th game he was good.Good grief. The guy has played well this season. Can he do better? Sure. But don’t tell me you would be disappointed in this kind of production for the rest of the season. Stats like this don’t get you beat.
So far he is 1 out of 4. If you want a qb that is good 1/4th of his games then you have it. I expect him to have more good games. I also expect him to have more bad games.
I am really happy to see how fast he was throwing the ball. That is something he can learn and if he has finally learned it, he will not get sacked as much. It also requires trust in your receivers. You have to anticipate and give them the opportunity to make the play.
