Fuller hardly got any looks against us two weeks ago and we still got burned by Stills. Regardless who plays WR for the Texans, our secondary and non-existent pass rush is the liability.
He had 6 catches...

But you are correct. I'm more worried about who lines up for us than who lines up for them.

I don't understand how/why everyone thinks that we're a good team? We have beat 1 team with a winning record since tannenhill took over.

The Patriots only have 3
Ravens 5
Chiefs 3
Bills 1 which they wouldn’t have if Tannehill was playing
Texans 3

Looks like to me 2 wins against winning teams is about right for a 6 seed. The Ravens are the best team. Everybody else is fairly beatable. If you can’t see this is a good football team no one will convince you. They are.

hopefully Davis is released from concussion protocol, he had a few nice catches against NO need all we can get from all options

I think winning against a playoff bound team on the road is too much to ask. I think the same can be said of the Steelers. However I think the Colts will beat the Jaguars on the road and Oakland will knock off the Broncos to earn the last wildcard spot. Congrats Oakland, I give you the nod.

Texans will never go full speed. Unless it's their secundary playing, but then it's their secondary. Odds are on our side.

So, we own our destiny, right?

I've read "win & in" for this game. I've also read that if we lose, we could still get in on a convoluted scenario.
If we lose, that would be the last 3 games lost and an 8-8 record. We don’t deserve to be in the playoffs at that point.

Idgaf if we "deserve" it or not. I just want in. Most #6 seeds dont "deserve" it and teams are scrambling to make it in

We can easily make the argument that we do deserve it. This team faught hard and the team was handicapped with Mariota for the first third of the season. Most of us agree that cost us a win or two.

We start tanne and we are likely not even in this situation so we do, imo, deserve to get in.

"If we cant beat a playoff team then we dont deserve to be in the playoffs". Since 1990, 2 6th seed teams have gone on to win the super bowl. Many have gotten past the first round.

Getting in matters because you never know what happens when you're in

Agree all around except “most #6 teams don’t deserve to be in the playoffs”.

I think more often than not, the #6 team is just as competitive with playoff teams as the other teams in the post season, maybe even more so than division winners with an auto bid (note philly/Dallas this year).

I don't disagree, but...

Green Bay manage to "sneak" into the playoffs a few years ago when the Bears didn't try in the final game since they were already in.

Green Bay went from 6th seed to Super Bowl victory.

Adoree not practicing is bad news. Our secondary has been getting torched without him. Was really hoping we would get him back sooner than later

If Hopkins plays and Adoree doesn't, I don't like those odds. He killed us in the first game. Let's hope Houston rests their starters.

Also, if Malcolm Butler just hurt his hand, why not put him out there to play in a cast? It's been done before and I like Butler in a cast better than Josh Kalu being on the field at any point besides special teams. (I realize Butler is on IR and can't return now anyway)

I really wish the Indy/Jax game was early. That way if Indy and Pitt both lose we could rest starters again knowing we're already in the playoffs. One more week for Henry and Adoree to get well.

unless there’s some rule against playing in a cast I don’t understand either. Only problem is he is on IR so I don’t think he could come back until after the wild card week in the playoffs. Whenever 8 weeks is from when he was placed on IR I don’t remember the date
