Ankle I believe. But Vrabel rarely comments on injuries and basically leaves us in the dark

Christmas must be crazy in dune

What happened to him to begin with I’m trying to recall what his initial injury issue was now ?
Adoree has a foot sprain and Hump a high ankle sprain....

the one I don’t understand is Kevin Pamphile....he has been inactive every game...has he been a healthy scratch or still hurt...if hurt why was he not put on IR

foot and ankle sprains very slow to heal and require 8-12 weeks. U can Medicate to make pain better and play through but puts at risk for tears and/stress fractures. I suspect if this were playoffs they’d both play but Vrabel et al believe we can win without them especially if Hopkins and Watson resting.

Pamphile began with a knee injury, the same as last year. And Nate Davis was thrown into the deep end, probably too early. But now he’s better and I suspect that Vrabel doesn’t want to upset the OLine amApple cart unless he absolutely has to.

Pamphile will likely be gone next season.

Agree. And I am guessing that Nate Davis will be a starting guard next season. I know some people here don’t want that, but I just don’t see us spending more here for a starter. Maybe add depth.

Week 17 and I have yet to figure out how Pamp is still on the active roster week in and week out without stepping on the field once this year. Mind boggling.:shakehead:

Reports out that Texans are resting key starters inc Watson regardless of Chiefs game.

If true then that’s obviously huge news for us. Fingers crossed we don’t continue our tradition of struggling to other teams back up QBs.

Just saw that AJ MCarron will be starting for the Texans today. He's not as mobile as Watson so we need to apply the pressure as best we can.
