The kid is insanely good. I’m so pumped we have him, even more than I was when we drafted him. That catch tonight on the sideline by him earlier was phenomenal....

Those are the kinds of plays that happen against us, so beautiful to see us making plays like that instead.
 
ROY and rushing leader same season would be pretty cool.. Tannehill comeback player too?

This stat is incorrect.

For instance, take Jordy Nelsons year at the top there... 96 targets total.
Take away jordy's last game of that season and he has 15 less targets and 162 less yards.... which leaves him with 81 targets and 1101 yards... he not only did it but did it 1 game quicker, im sure there are plenty of other examples over the years.

It says to have, not reach. Jordy Nelson had it, but then we went out there and ran a bunch of routes and ruined it.

I don't think you can take away stats....
 
Kyler Murray or Josh Jacobs is going to win OROY, but there is no doubt we have the top rookie receiver and a bona fide star in the NFL. Between Brown and Henry, our offense is dangerous, which is something we haven't really been able to say since the days of McNair, George, Mason and Wycheck.
 
Does anyone know when votes are actually cast? I know it’s supposed to be a regular season award but a strong playoff performance and I think he can lock it up.

I agree, but in this instance if what he says is true, the additional stats skew the results.

Now if the tweet said "A.J Brown is the first player to ever end the season with 1k+ yards on less than 90 targets" it would be correct. But if other players did it and then had another game and more targets + yards added on then the tweet is wrong.

Did Murray do anything worthwhile this season? And wasn't Jacobs injured for awhile?
