Brown is only getting better. If he has a big final 3, he might sneak in there.

He'd need a huge final 3 and for Jacobs to be hurt enough to not play/not produce.

I think Jacobs was 3rd in the league in rushing and had the Raiders at 6-4 when he broke his shoulder.

And when you look at QB performance at the Cards last year and how they've been competitive in so many games, I'd be okay with Murray.

Brown has been fantastic, though.

Have the Titans ever had a ROY? Brown is certainly deserving on the short list but this was a good rookie crop so won’t be easy.

He was an anomaly and very underrated.

He would get like 26 catches for 90000 yards and 3 TD.

Like the first guy ever with 137 yard avg.

Wow dang - wasn’t he a track star I think ? Obviously fast. One of my first memories as a Oiler fan was @ KC primetime night game. I remember Chris Chandler throwing up a heave to the back of the end zone late in game - bunch of red jerseys and Sanders. Probably no replay back then u can’t even tell who caught it , just a pile up. Then Sanders emerges from the pile and gives a celebration - so it’s assumed he caught it. TD Oilers.

Wow, that was a disappointing highlight.
Not sanders but the way the Oilers found a way to lose that game.

Yup I remember that vividly as a kid. McNair the RB (no relation to Steve) coughing it up ugh ... par the course for the Houston Oilers though

Todd I think. He was primarily known for his KR abilities.
Something must’ve happened to Gary Brown that he wasn’t running. Plus I think they had Ronnie Harmon that year. I know he was much more a pass catcher, but by position title was a RB.

Edit: looked up the game. This was after Gary Brown. It was the Rodney Thomas show then. Good back, had 25 carries that game so I could see a handoff intending to go to OT, going to a different back.

Why did you have to go and show us a loss?!

Yesterday someone on reddit called AJ "Dollywood" Brown. I think that nickname is funny. Needs to stick.

The next time they do the NFL redraft, I expect to see Brown in the top 10 with ease.
