No wideout is worth that....Not a god damn one of them. No player actually, but certainly not a WR. What a joke...If I am a teammate, i’d want out.

Certainly sends a bad message, he not only disrespected the GM but the team and embarrassed himself. He should sit, don't care how good he is.
Just keep enabling these divas...

The way the announcer (forgot his name) on espn told Damien Woody that AB called Mayock a “cracker” sounded so crazy . That situation is so ridiculous stemming from the blisters to the helmet and so on . It was all self inflicted by AB and the team suffers and dude not only takes zero accountability but then lashes and curses people out. Oh wait and completely gets away with it . Wow , and that apology was super fake. Industry is definitely production based . Nothing else matters.

To many people, typically those who have a lot of it, money is more important than feelings.

NFL is not, and cannot be compared to, a "regular" job.

I'm not sure I an express how brilliant that video was. Give it an Oscar. He not only showed how decent a human being John Gruden is, but at the exact same time was able to extract the exact issue that he is having with Gruden and the Raiders letting John fall on his own words, that he's a human so treat him like it. Well done. And entertaining whether or not you agree with his actions or position. It's a commentary on what is happening in the workplace. Right or wrong, it got right to the point.

How about you just do your f*cking kob? Play football like Gruden was saying. It’s all stupid chit. I’m not interested in being entertained by anything but the football. I’ll buy a ticket to the theatre if I want to see drama.

Why u so mad lol

This guy isnt some average player

They traded for a diva so Deal with the diva
Because it’s about respect. It’s about knowing boundaries with your employer. It’s about how your actions effect an entire locker room. That wouldn’t be dismissed had it been someone else. F that guy. He’s a receiver...Dime an f ing dozen

AB is a dime a dozen?

Not even close

And this isnt like working at Jiffy Lube, each player is a private contractor. Look at pro athletes like their own small business. Sometimes business leaders will butt heads in a partnership.

This seems to be a foriegn concept but that's how it is in the nfl. Not your average arrangement

You can’t just call your gm a racial slur, no matter how dumb of one it may be, and expect that to be ok.

What AB is saying is that the Raiders said they were going to back him on the helmet issue and then they fine him and send him a warning letter for not showing up over the helmet issue. Most everyone would be ticked off in his shoes. He see's that as insulting. That's human nature. Whether each of us sees that as right or wrong, that's his perception of the situation. And he would not be alone. But it's even more than that. When you are elite at anything, a leader, and you get a warning letter over not showing up to a meeting, you will find it insulting given that you have demonstrated your skill and commitment over a long career. It would be like fining and warning Obama for not showing up to a meeting because you told him you support his need to take his dogs to the clinic, but then a day later saying we will take part of your salary for going to the clinic, and don't ever do it again. You just don't do it, because what are you gaining from it other than pissing off a leader. Obama is going to make up for it and be ready for the next meeting. You trust him. Treating him like a human and not an object. That is what this is all about. And the Raiders are starting to see that...I think.
