The guy built up a SB team in Oakland which was still a good enough team to get there with stupid Bill Callahan.
He should have gotten a ring in Oakland (the infamous tuck rule) then still kept a good TB team together to win it after dingy left.
Not saying he’s the greatest by any means or even the best coach in the league but he’s definately got the resume to back up being a solid choice for coach.
If the team he just left was also the team he played in the SB, maybe.So... if Jeff Fisher had gone to another team that was already setup to win and taken them to and won the Super Bowl... he and Jon Gruden would be about the same.
