Doesn’t say when she went to the hospital. Just indicates a few days passed before she did. Probably filed after those results and when she found out she was pregnant which apparently happened during that visit. So, there was a period of several days before she filed. It makes you wonder if there was any contact between them during that time.Yet it took 2 weeks, after the draft to become public? Something is off
It will all come out, hope its not true, if it is...bye WeaverDoesn’t say when she went to the hospital. Just indicates a few days passed before she did. Who cares. Doesn't change the fact what he did. Needs to be cut or trade immediately.Doesn’t say when she went to the hospital. Just indicates a few days passed before she did. He's entitled to due process...he's not guilty yetWho cares. Doesn't change the fact what he did. Needs to be cut or trade immediately.
Yes but unfortunately when stuff comes out like this it's incredibly damaging even before trial. Ask watsonHe's entitled to due process...he's not guilty yet

If he did it he should be gone. But, I have known some crazy women who would absolutely make false claims to get revenge. She was clearly furious with him earlier to toss a drink on him. Due process, everyone deserves a fair shake before judgement.Who cares. Doesn't change the fact what he did. Needs to be cut or trade immediately.
The Duke Lacrosse team can testify to that. Completely innocent yet dragged through the mud for months. If he is innocent, then we should support him. If he is guilty, then he is gone and deservedly so.Yes but unfortunately when stuff comes out like this it's incredibly damaging even before trial. Ask watson

If Weaver is inside with the officers, the woman leaves, then Weaver and the officers go out to find her on the ground...how did he hit her from inside the building?Ok so to break it down..
Woman and Weaver are arguing, police arrive and intervene, seperating the two.
Woman walks outside. Weaver states to officers on the scene that he has "no problem hitting women if they need it". then he walks outside.
Police officers then walk outside to find the woman laid out on the ground, Weaver no where to be seen, and at least one witness saying Weaver punched her.
Weaver is then charged with assault and in response his lawyer releases a statement saying "he didnt punch anyone"
so does that mean he slapped her? knocked her down? shoved her?
seems like if you are responding to an assault charge you would say "he didn't ASSAULT anyone" not specify a certain word.
the other witness said they did not see the punch but did see her fall to the ground. Was Weaver standing next to her when that happened?

She "didn't know" she was pregnant. She's pregnant and out and about at a bar?
If this is how it went down, he's toast. We better look for a FA after june 1 anyway. The legal process is slow even if he is innocent.Ok so to break it down..
