i have no issue with them going for it; but do have an issue with that fisher-esque play call with everybody in the stadium knowing its going to henry to run it up the middle only to be tackled very quickly and easilyI was at the game....That call by Vrable was totally idiotic and if he keeps doing crap like that it will cost us a game...the Falcons fans were totally out of the game and 3 points would have sent them streaming out the exits....instead the Falcons make the stop and the fans get more hope and they are only down 2 scores with plenty of time left...going for the jugular was taking the FG in this situation

ehh, that defense looks a lot like cover 1 with a spy on Mariota. The playaction didn't really do anything as the LB's were going to come up and cover Henry and the FB/TE anywayOh look, playaction
What have I been saying for years.....
Better late than never I guess
when's the last time we ran a QB sneak on 4th and 1 or less? Not only that, but it was ran out of shotgun. On 4th and one, why make your play need 7 yards to make the first.

1999?
I mean hell, spice it up, direct snap to a lineman.. i'm sure a 300lb man can get you 1 fking yard.
Or fumble...I would prefer to keep the ball out of a lineman’s hands if possible.
Brown is still raw and developing but there’s no denying his play making ability. Looking at this photo I can’t help but think if Brown continues to work on his craft he has all the tools to be a stud in this league like Jones.

Every single week, Vrabel makes at least one extremely stupid decision. Can someone please stop him from doing thia idiotic stuff. A couple good plays by Atlanta and they could have come back. Wtf is wrong with Vrabel? Im beginning to like him less and less.
Vrabel still a rookie and learning. I was shaking my head and saying we need to get the points and make it a 3 possession game. This is like the colts game where he should have gone for it on 4th but punted. Going to be a lot of growing pains and learning from him and Art. Art has less time this week to prepare so I hope he can game plan vs bills and get the offense rolling again.Going for it on 4th down when up 14 was an awful call.
Just freaking go up by 3 possessions and call it a game.
Was at the game and literally all of us was yelling at Vrabel for that silly call.

Didn’t he sneak twice against Jax or Indy?when's the last time we ran a QB sneak on 4th and 1 or less?

I'm just glad that Vrable in his press conference basically admitted that it wasn't the smart move and said that next time he will take the points to go up by 3 scores....I hope he truly is learning from his mistakes.
Just playing devil's advocate here, there is a diffrence between being up 21 and 17, just not as big as 17 and 14.Why though? Going up 17 all but seals it. If it doesn't seal it, it certainly puts our chances of winning at 99% just based on time left. Being up by 21 or 17 is no different with 11 mins left, but the difference between 14 and 17 is huge.
I disagree with this. I was 100% behind going for it instead of taking the 3 against Jacksonville, that 3 wasnt going to help us in any way.Should've took "the points" in Jacksonville too.
is there a difference in fumbling and not converting

I also was 100% against going for it against Atlanta. But, once they chose to go for it, I can't believe the dumb AF play that ran. That made it even worse.
