I believe I did above but I will make it short. And I will type slow for you.... Preseason game, dropped pass, o-line gets him sacked for a safety and is going to get him killed. THAT is why he is not in the game.

Unfortunately not much is going to change by week 1.

Lewan's suspension is going to have lasting effects beyond the first four games. Even when he returns, I expect some rust.

Well when you snap the ball and have guys in your face within 2 seconds it's going to effect your play. I mean freaking Luck just retired from bad OL play throughout his career because the hits caught up to him.

I think that Mariota lost his job. Have to go with the guy who sucks less and doesn't make everyone around him look awful

I think he will lose is job at some point in the season. The only question is will be due to injury or performance.

In either event, the long term starter is not on this team
 
Think going into the preseason, Mariota had at least 6 games to prove himself, now, it might be down to 1. Nobody is going to shake their head if Vrabel makes an early move. Will it make a difference. Probably not. But it's looking inevitable. Mariota is likely on the shortest leash ever.

I don't think Mariota has a set number of games anymore. It all comes down to when Vrabel thinks RT gives them a better chance to win. Nothing about Vrabel leads me to believe it will be a snap decision. Also, it will be a permanent decision, I think
 
Chill mofos. Nick Foles threw an interception the first time he was pressured. Deshaun Watson never even got to throw the ball. He just stood there getting hit. I realize this game is uninspiring to say the least. Mariota didn’t play well. It’s preseason. Shit happens.
