Dude, he played LT at Northwestern. Northwestern. Maybe, if he had played at a school that recruited 5 star talent, he would have played guard.

At least we got past thinking the Titans could've trade Mike Vrabel
If the coaches decide they are better with him at LT then I am fine with it.
I just doubt that's the case
Handled multiple future NFL 1st and 2nd rounders with relative ease, but let's just ignore that right?
As I have said multiple times, I am fine with believing he's better suited to G than T, despite never having played. Even though I disagree with that thinking, I completely understand that opinion.
But as we have seen around the league, you move guys around when a need arises. We had an obvious need arise at LT once Dillard failed and then all the other injuries happened. The easiest course of action would have been to slide Pete out for a couple games and roll with back-up guard or slide someone else to G. Instead, with went with a practice squad guy to start for 3 games to end the season, and he was predictably putrid.
The just speaks of ineptitude.

totally agree... its not like the OL was even communicating great... there was nothing, that anyone saw on game day, worth preserving on the OL... zero downside in trying PS at LT
This is exactly what Saban said about keeping Latham at RT. That if he moved him to LT, there would have been a huge void at RT as Latham was one of the best RT in the country.
I still think Latham might play LT in the NFL.
Which brings the question why choose someone you think better as a guard in the first round
Which brings the question, who should we have drafted instead?
Because he was the best offensive lineman in the draft? Why does it matter what position he plays in relation to where he was drafted?

That's what I'm wondering. Paris Johnson Jr was long gone. Wright, Jones and Harrison are Right Tackles. Skor was projected to bump inside. So who exactly did he feel the Titans should've picked when there wasn't even a tackle taken in the 2nd round?
