well I doubt it takes $500 million to fix a building, and no doubt some of the funds will be pocketed
but that's inevitable so no point in being surprised when it happens

Itll exceed 500 million by the time it's all said and done
It needed 150 million in structural work before the fire. 100m section of the roof was destroyed. Concrete will have to be replaced. Artwork redone.
