Two things.

1. I said I wouldnt bet on Mariotas health. Pretty sure I made that clear. That's my biggest concern about the guy.

2. You added a few TDs, up to 15. Are you saying you think hes better than a 12 TD QB?

The difference was- he didn't have a capable backup. Or at least, someone that people thought could do as well or better.

I tell you guys this every time and I'm right every time. You think this dude has it made.... he WILL be benched if he plays like he did last season. This staff's job depends on it. He's going to kill the "contender" window if they don't bench him.

It's like when y'all kept telling me no way they could fire Whisenhunt due to contract and blah blah blah - and I told you he had to change something or they'd eat the money due to loss in gameday funds. This isn't the same- but it is. This team brought in Tannehill for a reason. Think they're not ready to move on from MM? They are.

I wasn’t here when whiz got fired and I certainly hope you’re not trying to speak on my behalf for things other posters may have said.

A) “I’m right every time” is a quote you can’t use because there hasn’t been a topic I’ve seen you comment on that it applies.

B) they brought T hill in for the eventuality of mariota’s upcoming injury. He’s not unseating him without injury,

C) wasting the contender window is BS. If anything, by playing him, then, Because of his performance, dump him, they saved a ton of money for a new rookie contract QB and can pay all the other stars to keep them intact.

Take the bet. I think he’s a 15 td QB. Which is complete trash in a league with first year starters hitting 50
 
My older brother lived in Miami most his life and is a Fins fan . He said Tannehill is a p$&@y lol. Hey I’m happy as heck we got him.

Because Ill stand behind my comments and the "clowns" wont. They are the only ones I insulted. (I said it before and to stress it again, I dont think most of rhe people called "haters" are haters)

Besides, its a smack thread.

The "clowns" I mentioned, and wont call out by name because this is just a forums, are people who never stop talking crap and wimper out when called out on it.

Ensc and Thaky both know I have nothing against them.

Ill take it if you drop the injury part. The guy hasn't hasnt been healthy an entire season yet. I dont want to just give my moolah to you.

FYI, doubling his TDs to 22 would put him in the top half of nfl qbs for TDs for the full season. last year dak prescott was 16th at 22.

i see a lot of people throw around the number 30 as well. only 9 QBs had 30 or more (even brady(29) and rodgers(25))

So you're saying he needs to double his production to be merely average?

Thats pretty much my point exactly. You don't even thing about paying that.

Come on man, he only needs to DOUBLE his numbers to be average. You make it sound like he only had half of what he needs to be average in the past....

No one will remember shit about that game. It was a WC game and the winner got blown out by three TDs the following week.

Marcus Mariota is going to be the answer to a trivia question that will read, "who was the guy after the guy after Vince Young?"
 
This is his first off season not learning an entirely new playbook. A little coaching consistency can go a LONG way
