According to this Tannehill is a 30m qb, and Henry around 13-14m. If we go on to win the SB, pay them both and dont think twice about it.Tannehill is not getting 30+ a year so we have the money to keep Henry for the next 4 seasons. He IS the offense and I see no reason we shouldn't pay this man.
Where did these numbers come from?According to this Tannehill is a 30m qb, and Henry around 13-14m. If we go on to win the SB, pay them both and dont think twice about it.

What is the formula used to get these valuations?
Not sure, and the link is vague "Spotrac uses a simple but effective process to calculate value." But i would assume its something like 3x180+2W=Pay da manWhere did these numbers come from?

I’m all in on pay the man but this seems like a guy who just listed a few guesses for players. Not sure, and the link is vague "Spotrac uses a simple but effective process to calculate value." But i would assume its something like 3x180+2W=Pay da man
What's his total rushing yardage? Should be getting close to 2000 yards.
No, spotrac.com is a legit website that keeps track of contracts and stats for every player in every sport. Id imagine their analytics on player contracts is about as good as anyone's.I’m all in on pay the man but this seems like a guy who just listed a few guesses for players.

It’s going to be 15-17 a year I would guess. 50 mill + guaranteed. Probably close to a 100 mill deal. Zeke got 6 years 90 mill. If you don’t think Henry exceeds that you are living in a fantasy land.
I will predict a 6 year deal at 100 mill. 50-60 guaranteed.
I rather doubt it he gets anywhere close to that much. Zeke has a better track record and is widely considered to be the best overall RB in the league prior to this season. This is the first year Henry was elite. Not only that, but RBs just don't typically get paid like that, which is why Zeke's contract is by far and away the highest for a RB ever.
Maybe he has Tom Brady’s agent? We will see. Henry has just had a year far better than the guy that got that big contract and the narrative is the Titans need him desperately. And he just won two playoff games. Do you think his agent will settle for less? What agent does that? Add the salary cap is going up. Does the normal trajectory of contract go they way you suggest or the way I am predicting?

Prove you wrong in the other. Quit being all doom and gloom.LOL...hope in one hand!
Gurley was an MVP candidate last year and got 57.5 over 4 years, at the time the highest contract in NFL history for a RB. So I find it extremely unlikely Henry will double that amount after 1 great season.
It'll be intersting to revisit this thread in a couple months (assuming Henry doesn't get tagged) and see who was right.
