yes cause, best I can tell, WORST team gets lower draft position so team with better opponents (SoS) and same record is better teamIs that only regarding draft order that SOS is before H2H?
Definitely not when breaking ties the other way for playoffs and such.
My point was that TN beat LAC H2H.yes cause, best I can tell, WORST team gets lower draft position so team with better opponents (SoS) and same record is better team
So still GOATING lite then..In situations where teams finished the previous season with identical records, the determination of draft position is decided by strength of schedule — the aggregate winning percentage of a team’s opponents. The team that played the schedule with the lowest winning percentage will be awarded the higher pick.
If the teams have the same strength of schedule, division or conference tiebreakers are applied. If the divisional or conference tiebreakers are not applicable, or ties still exist between teams of different conferences, ties will be broken the following tie-breaking method:
- Head-to-head, if applicable
- Best won-lost-tied percentage in common games (minimum of four)
- Strength of victory in all games
- Best combined ranking among all teams in points scored and points allowed in all games
- Best net points in all games
- Best net touchdowns in all games
- Coin toss
yes SoS is the first tiebreaker
I am assuming 'higher pick' = better or lower numbered pick

do both...So we either go big in FA for LT/WR and then draft opposite with our first pick?
We shall see. Certainly helped his case today. Had he lost today going 0-6 in division, I don’t think he survives. Maybe the smoke on interest of trade is real. I dunnoMy only beef with this win is that it gives Vrabel leverage.
Expect the same staff now.
The Colgate man is on Vrabel. I never knew Colgate existed other than toothpaste.JRob was fired for a reason. That reason still haunted us this season. I don’t think true internal expectations were it all got fixed this year. The OL “replacements” are on Ran. I don’t see it rolling downhill to Vrabel yet.
Not every team plays each other for draft position. For playoffs, H2H matters more. SOS is more fair for the draft?Cheers.
Strange to me draft position is not determined the same way playoff positions are determined.
The rest of the season still happened. I doubt Amy has forgotten. My only beef with this win is that it gives Vrabel leverage.

that part does suck but OL was still a mess... they just decided to actually do a couple of things to hide it a little better than weeks 1-17My only beef with this win is that it gives Vrabel leverage.

basically how I see it as well... robinson responsible for clownshow OL in 22 but 23 is on RC/vrableJRob was fired for a reason. That reason still haunted us this season. probably otherwise straight up rewarding LOSINGNot every team plays each other for draft position. For playoffs, H2H matters more. SOS is more fair for the draft?
