Why would itSo, if the NFL is the only entity allowed to film it, that wouldn't throw up any red flags?
Didn't the NFL claim it is the same waiver they use at the combine?View attachment 16679
The waiver they wanted him to sign was bs.
“Related Directly or -INDIRECTLY- to the Workout”
This was them trying to tie him up with this waiver for any future suit that he may have due to the collusion the nfl committed in blackballing him.
Wether you like the player or not, this is pretty obvious the course they were taking.
They already settled the collusion shitView attachment 16679

Aww....poor little millionaire qbAnd that ‘waiver’ becomes a gag order for anything else.
You mean a business is trying to protect themselves from the same guy who sued them and was rewarded millions despite absolutely no evidence to support his claims? The NFL nor any of the teams are stupid enough to give Kaepernick the power to harm them with his own narrative should he get benched again or cut for being a mediocre football player. They don't trust him, and his clown show on Saturday proved why.View attachment 16679

What else could there be...it’s been settled lolAnd that ‘waiver’ becomes a gag order for anything else.
That's why he wanted a film crew. To film his "amazing" performance while wearing his stupid shirt , so when he doesn't get offered a job, he can continue his free ride with another suit against the NFL for indirect financial losses due to "blackballing". It worked once due to pubic ignorance, it will work again. The guy is a con artist. That's why the NFL wanted to cover all of their bases, not because they enjoy wasting their time holding down a backup QB.why would you sign a waiver that waived your rights to things not related to the workout?
Have you compared this against other waivers signed at combines and similar events?why would you sign a waiver that waived your rights to things not related to the workout?
Because the NFL could release to the public or Kaep anything they wanted if they're the only ones filming. Why would it

But, and this is my only point, is this a different way that the nfl would handle any players filming of a workout/tryout?Because the NFL could release to the public or Kaep anything they wanted if they're the only ones filming.
Why should Kaep trust the same entity who, he feels, screwed him over?
I'm no fan of Kaep and wish he'd go away but the NFL will cover chit up if given the chance.
Well, I don't know if the NFL films Pro Days or if the University the player is from can too. But, and this is my only point, is this a different way that the nfl would handle any players filming of a workout/tryout?
