Do you guys not remember the 1-2 win seasons? It wasn’t that long a go. This team overachieved. I’m surprised they made it this far. That says something about about coaching staff.
And don’t get me wrong, I’m not saying they are future Hall of Fame coaches.I agree that the coaching staff should not be gutted,but what would have helped was having a coach that could've dialed up something,anything to help us make plays. Smith didn't do a good job of that today. Maybe he will do better next year.

Especially on defense. I’m not a fan of always rushing 3 or seeing multiple 3rd and forever being converted for first downs or worse, tds. Maybe some of that has to do with personnel? That they don’t think we have the players to play a certain way or something? If we had a top 5 defense, we’d be a true contender.

However, he got us passed the Patriots and the Ravens, which was no easy feat. I think every other coach and position played well today. Fire Arthur immediately... No. Strongly evaluate his play calling and learn from it moving into next season? Yes. This is the best season we’ve had in almost 2 decades. The majority of the people posting on this website are hacks and don’t understand sports in general, much less football specifically. It’s live and learn, not live and fire to get someone else. Fire and replace when absolutely necessary only. Get real people.

I feel like Smith's inexperience showed some in the game. He panicked a little bit and went away from what has gotten us here. It is what it is, you live and learn.
I have been saying all season that I cant wait for next season. I expect us to be GOOD. Not slipping into the playoffs good, but actually playing for homefield advantage good.

This is the FA to chase a OLB if we dont think there will be one at 29 in the draft. Bunch of quality names hitting the market. 2021 Free agency at 34 OLB is terrible, theres nothing great outside Ryan Kerrigan.I will be very curious how jrob handles this off-season. I have seen a pass rusher from Penn state mocked to us at 29. Sounds good, but I don't know much about the guy. Wonder if jrob would look to trade up at all.
