Pees did a good job throughout the season. Hopefully Phillips comes to Nashville. That would greatly improve our D going into next season.
 
This was what I figured would happen and feared most.

Gonna be tough to replace Pees.
 
Vrabel and Pees knew it wasn't a long term deal going into this. I'm sure for the last two years Pees had someone under his wing they were grooming. I think Tyrone McKenzie is a head coach in the making but wouldn't hate it if Shane Bowen was the guy. That ILB group has been outstanding not just with their actual play, but also with their understanding of the opposing offenses.

I do NOT want Romeo anywhere near the Titans after that debacle against the Chiefs. Stay the hell away please.
