Maybe, We'll see. I think theres enough sample size of Tannehill that teams wont want to pay him that much.Dude....no way in Heck Tannehill takes a measly 22 million per....it will much closer to 30 million per.

Foles didnt get paid for what he did yesterday. He got paid for being the Super Bowl MVPFoles, the guy who was on receiving end of that beat down yesterday, is getting $22 million a year. If Tannehill continues this level of play, he’ll want more than that, and someone will give it to him he makes it to FA. He’s more likely in the $25-$30 million a year range. Henry will likely want something close to what Elliott got, which is about $15 million per year.
After you factor in rookie contracts and depth signings, it will be hard to keep everyone. It could be doable, but the FO better know these guys are worth it.
There is no merit at all to Henry being one-dimensional. In fact, It makes very little sense at all.If Tannehill keeps this up down the stretch (and we all hope he does), he would definitely be on pace for $28-30 million/yr or the franchise tag at around 27 million.
Worth it.
I could see Ryan getting $14-15 million/yr at a premium position. I really believe he's planted some good roots in Nashville though and would prefer to stay.
Henry is a workhorse but he's one dimensional in a league that loves versatility. I could see him locked up for $10 million/yr. or even less.
Conklin is a legit, young starting tackle in a league devoid of legit starting tackles. He's gonna get Lewan money almost certainly. $16 million/yr. Going cheap on tackles though is ALWAYS a bad idea.
So that adds up to around 69 million for four guys. I just cant see it happening, as much as I'd love it.
OKAY, so what. That deal was signed in 2015 if memory serves. In a QB driven league it is what the market will pay that matters. For 2020 season as of NOW, 7 QB have salary cap values over 31 million per. 7 more have cap values over 21 million per. So, in 2020 nearly 1/2 the NFL starters will make have a salary cap value average of over 27 million per. No way Tannehill takes anything under that....no way.
Yeah, they are delusionalMy reply was more directed at the sign him for $10mil folks, tiTTy.
As long as his name isn’t chanceLookin like we are going to need a Guard in the first
Logan Ryan is a must resign imo. We all love Byard but I feel that Ryan is the real leader on D!

Agree on THill but if Henry starts asking for top RB dollar JRob needs to show him that he does not supply top RB production.Foles, the guy who was on receiving end of that beat down yesterday, is getting $22 million a year. My problem would still be that he did it this year. The titans have been waiting for him to break out and he finally did last December. Does the 16 games this year plus 5-6 games last year mixed with a very subpar career prior equal top dollar? That might be hard to do, since Henry is 1st in several categories for the last year.

He is not really used as a receiving back and we all know that blocking has been discussed. Those are the points that he should not be getting the highest RB contracts.
Agree. Sharpe doesn’t get many targets but he’s a first down machine. They should resign Taj, along with THill
Good cheap WR depth
Yep and the way those 3 are now performing, I wonder if the GMs are kicking themselves for tying up so much money. My problem would still be that he did it this year. I hope not just because I’d like to keep him.
I just think that Bell (at the time), Elliott, Gurley (at his pay day), etc were better performers to get their pay days.
Henry should get a big paycheck, just not top RB money.

Love Henry and he’s having a big year but this is he 4 year recordEvery agent looking for a payday is going to be comparing their client to Elliott, and as of right now, Henry is outperforming Elliott. It may not be as big as the Elliott contract, but it will be in the neighborhood if he finished this season strong.
Honestly, I’d rather Henry get a top contract after watching him for four seasons than for Tannehill to get a big contract after a half season. We know what we get with Henry. Nothing against Tannehill. I really like what I see. But I see it as the bigger risk when it comes to the cap. I’d like to see us keep both, but if you had to choose one...
