Tannehill aint far off from Cam, and Cam has been banged up a lot lately.

If Tanny finishes out looking as good as he has the last few weeks then just keep him.

JR and Vrabel may want to double down at QB and still draft a high rookie QB as insurance in case Tanny falls apart himself..

Wasn't good last week.
 
Cam will be 31 before the start of next year. He's had a lot of injuries and outside of 2015, I'm not sure he has been much better than Mary/Tammy level. He is a sub-60% career passer and throws a decent amount of picks. At this point, I'm pretty comfortable saying that 2015 was an anomaly.

And he probably expects top tier money.

It’s really a tough situation we’re in. At this point the most realistic choice we have is to move forward with Tannehill. I’d prefer Cam for entertainment purposes alone but business wise I really dont see this organization taking that sort of risk . Plus our GM sells Girl Scout cookies . Is this years QB class really is strong as advertised? I don’t know , feels like we’re stuck in mediocrity .
 
I hear alot of no's, as if the Titans have a bountiful amount of options to choose from. Most likely they finish 7-9 or 8-8 so they're not getting Burrow, Tua, or even Fromm (people will trade up for QB3). Tannehill is barely above avg, Phillip Rivers sucks, Cam is above avg if healthy but we dont know and this fanbase has been screaming that that's not good enough. Tannehill just like Cam is going to want a multi-year deal because hes 31 and this will be his last "big" contract. If Cams cheaper we can draft DL, or even use picks to trade back for Lawrence or Fields next year.
 
Also... we will not get a good rookie QB because we can't develop them beyond whatever limited talent they have coming out of college.

Not saying Cam is the answer, but this team would probably benefit best from a vet QB that doesn't require development.

Yeah, a mock draft from cbs sports came out yesterday had us listed as the 15th pick with Burrow and Tua going 1 and 2.
