disagree, our defense is good NOW. if we draft a guy he wont be playing well until our good defense isnt as good. cam is above average and thats exactly what we need right now

How can you consider Cam to be above average when he hasn't even taking a snap this season? Given what he has done in the past is more than what our current QB's have done, it's not a long term answer so why pay that ticket when he might b gone in a year or 2?

how is it not a long term answer? he's only 30

even if he retired at 35 it would be 4-5 years

There is definitely going to be a strong market for him that’s for sure. Chicago,Denver,Miami,Cincy,Tampa(potentially), Chargers (potentially) all will be looking for a QB. The question becomes at what cost. If you trade for him you are going to fork over a draft pick(s) and take on his $19mil or so salary. Pretty hefty price for a 31 year old guy coming off 2 serious injuries in back to back seasons. Or the Titans could wait until Carolina releases him and save the picks and start a contract from scratch that could be more incentive based and see how he performs. If he gets released then the bidding war begins. Tennessee’s roster is set up to win now and a place he could come in and hit the ground running not to mention he’s closer to family which could be a plus.

If he’s 100% healthy and the Titans protect themselves contract wise without overpaying I wouldn’t be against it. There’s not too many other options out there considering the window the Titans have. A fresh start could be something he needs, god knows the Titans need something.

Am I missing something here and watching the Tennessee Patriots playing each week? Seriously, how are so many of you saying this roster is set up to win now? Some of you are acting like we're a fine tuned machine on offense and defense. We're no where near the top 5 AFC teams. Vrabel going to be the HC that will lead us to the promise Land? We were sniffing it with Mularkey but Vrabel just sending us backwards.

whatever OC we hire would be a yuge factor as well

defense is playing great (other than last week, and even then wasnt god awful). offense just needs an overhaul.

Not interested in cam. He wasn't very good at throwing before the injury, and now he's broken all to hell.

If the panthers let him walk, that's an indication to me that he's done.

Ok, yes defense is good but we still don't get to the QB much. We need to blitz in order to get pressure.

The overhaul on offense will need to be significant and huge moves. New OC and playbook, better offense line coach, new C and Guards and QB. This is not a one off season move then Superbowl. You're also assuming Vrabel is a guy that can out coach the competition. Do or die game vs say Patriots, Chiefs or Texans just as an example, he's not going to beat those coaches.

Disagree with almost all of this. The only ol position we really need to replace is right guard. Jones has graded as a top center this year, fans just hate him. That rg were are starting is a rookie so we may not even need to replace him long term, he just needs to learn. Although maybe he does just suck, it's a little too early to rush judgment though imo

And you say vrabel is NEVER gonna out coach those other teams... except he already did out coach the Patriots once before, and the defending sb champs at the time, and thre Texans using Blaine effing gabbert. Now we lose a few games and he's the worst coach ever? I don't think so. His decision making has been suspect at times this year but hitting the restart button cuz of a bad streak isn't the right move.

New oc, playbook, and QB definitely.

He sucks because instead of admitting he made a mistake of hiring Arthur smith for oc, he blames it on the easiest scapegoat of all. If Mariota is being held accountable then so should Arthur Smith. our offense is just at bad with tanny at qb

mariota deserved to be benched, and arthurs time is coming

False.

16.6 PPG with Mary. (buoyed by 45 in the opener)

21 PPG with Tannehill.
And Tannys has to feel with missed field goals and shit too. Bish ass Mary

we’ve also jumped like 5 spots in 3rd conversions since tanny took over

The crazy thing is if we had averaged 20 PPG with Mary we would have been like 5-0-1.

Now that we're putting up more points the defense has gone to shit.
