RollTide said:2. The article focuses more on volek's work ethic rather than his ability to grasp the offense. I thought this was an offense that was more suitable to him than it was mcnair. Wasn't that the idea? What the hell offense is suitable to this guy? Is collins so smart that he can grasp something in 2 weeks that billy can't in over a year? Maybe that is why collins is getting more reps because he needs them.

He is seldom wrong... it's only because he isn't guessing and has been told in so many words by someone who does know. It's not hard at all for me to imagine Clayton putting a call into Jeff Fisher himself. You know we will see Vince Young. How do we know? Clayton said so. Clayton was talking this Collins will start stuff yesterday before this story was put out... He's pretty reliable.ammotroop said:Well John CLayton is ALWAYS right!!!!!!!! I still think we see A LOT of VY!

Vigsted said:I don't get that either. If Billy isn't right for Chow's system, how is Collins any better? Collins doesn't strike me as someone who can complete a lot of the short to medium passes that Chow's system employs, certainly he's career completion percentage and yardage suggest he's a guy who likes to go for the big gains, just like Billy. If it's the system we would be looking at a Brady like QB, quick decisionmaking and good accuracy.
one thing i have noticed is vince has always been good about getting out of bounds, but once he's in the 20, he'll put his head down.TitanMarc said:continuing to be the threat he is with his legs, WO getting beat up like Steve.
