Is everyone drafting that guy from western Michigan because his name stands out lol
I think he just ends up being the best WR available in the 3rd round most of the time.

I would be trading back and recouping the 2nd round pick
Leaves a hole at DE/LB though doesn't it?Or go with my idea. Franchise Landry and trade him for a 2nd rounder.

My mock is more about position. He was the top rated at wr when I picked him.Is everyone drafting that guy from western Michigan because his name stands out lol

Ideally I would trade back and get a 2nd rounder and pick TE Trey McBridehttps://atozsports.com/nashville/tennessee-titans-mock-pick-first-round-needs-2022-nfl-draft/
This guy suggests we should take Jameson Williams is he falls to us. I certainly see the logic, but considering we have gotten next to zero production from our 1st round picks the last 2 seasons, I don't think we can afford to take another risky player in the 1st again. Need someone that seems likely to be a productive player in year 1.
You fail to mention how going this route worked out when we drafted Big Jeff. I also don't think you can include Isaiah Wilson in your reasoning here either. His issue wasn't because of injury, it was because he was lazy and didn't care.https://atozsports.com/nashville/tennessee-titans-mock-pick-first-round-needs-2022-nfl-draft/

Williams could be a game changer for this offense and give us the speed option we have lacked and so desperately needed for years.
Might as well use our 1st round pick to draft GoT to be the new waterboy. Not sure about the ot from Kentucky. Was more the position. What you guys think?

I do like what I've read about Jones, the return game needs a boost for sureSome mid round guys I think J_Rob will have high interest in. I have included their average draft position based on several mock draft boards:
Damone Clark, LB, LSU. 2021 Butkus Award runner up. He's great in space and is a good coverage LB. Should be a perfect replacement for Jayon Brown if he moves on this off-season. ADP range: 60-100
Alec Lindstrom, C, BCU. Remington Award finalist. 2nd team All American. 3 year starter. Comes from an NFL family. Solid replacement if we don't bring back Ben Jones. ADP: 80-120
Daniel Faalele, OT, Minnesota. Biggest man in the draft. If J-Rob was enamored with Isaiah Wilson's size, he will be blown away by this young man. Very raw, particularly in pass protection, as Minnesota is a running based offense. But his run blocking ability and his size are specifically why he is a great fit. ADP: 55-110
Lectius Smith, G, VT. 4 year starter, so loads of experience (which J-Rob obviously loves). Plays with a mauler mentality. Should be a really good fit for our offense. ADP: 90-150.
Marcus Jones, CB, Houston. His size would seem to be a deterrent, but you can't teach the speed he possesses. He also has loads of experience. Would make a very good depth as a slot corner, but probably not physically able to match up on the outside. Beyond that, he is arguably the best kick/punt return man in the draft, and we desperately need to improve in that area. ADP: 120-170.
