Not so fast, playcalling is very different .and Offense is the same with TheFlower and ART, so Vrabel is controlling the Offense
The defense was already above average before Vrabel and Pees got here. While the defense is better under Pees, i don't think the improvement there outweighs the significant regression this team has seen on offense and even special teams since Vrabel took over.
That’s not necessarily true. There are plenty of good OC’s around the league that have failed as HC’s and go back to coordinator and spend the rest of their careers as that. If Vrabel can land someone like that and get a good QB here then I think they’ll be in good handsYou're not wrong.
But I'm not interested in fair. I'm interested in fixing this team. BEST case scenario keeping Vrabel, we hire some oc, he utterly turns the offense around with our new rookie, and then walks after a year or two to be head coach somewhere else.
If you believe you have an offensive guru, just give him the big chair. It's much easier to find a good defensive coordinator.

I’m speaking towards the future. Art was promoted for consistency for Mariota. Now that era is seemingly over, so he can go try to land a good OC and this looks like it could be a good year for free agent QB’s and draft prospects. Try posting something of substance instead of just being a smart assYea, I mean why doesnt he just do that? Problem solved.
