Dont judge Hump til next year
 
This is just dumb WRs deserve no blame in my opinion.

-Mary is trash.
-Our O-line can't pass protect.
 
Hump is a quick pass and check down machine. Seems like it should be a perfect fit for Mary but he isn't acting like an NFL QB.
 
Still like the signing. Its tough to judge any of our wrs tbh. We were all thrilled we stole AJ in the 2nd round and he looked awesome last week. I dont like that hump had a carry in this game either, so until used properly/more consistent qb play it's hard to judge our wrs.

It seems like all WR are being used in that fashion which means everyone is just running around within the first 5-10 yards.

If MM launches the ball downfield a couple times, maybe it opens up the underneath for hump or what I’d actually expect is a little more room for Henry.
 
He's blocked more DEs than he's caught passes this year. Tom Brady doesn't seem so old anymore.
 
He is the decoy for Deon Lewis running on short yardage plays on a team that has Derrick Henry.

Nevermind going for it on 4-1. Oh wait, one team went for it on 4-1, and they won.
 
He's the gadget replacement for Taywan. They only want to run sweeps and short screens with him

I've been standing on the table for a white slot guy for years.

I've been standing on the table for a new QB for longer.

I could make the same thread for Corey Davis. Why did we draft him? He has 8 targets in two weeks, with basically none of them being catchable.

Yeah- I hated the CD84 pick. HATED it. I've been hoping to be wrong. And maybe I would be if I had QB that could get him the ball. So I'm holding out hope to see what he does when RT11 comes in.
