Congrats. Ya'll got past an overrated Texans team and a Titans team that didn't play half as well as they did the previous two games.

Maybe you need to read this thread and look at how I came here. My comments are directed at the a**holes who deserve it. Regarding the Titans team and Mike Vrabel, I got nothing but respect.

KC will not last... too many weapons to pay.

Sucks, but it's reality. Unless Mahomes does a hometown discount.

was reading some stuff on cbssports recently talking about 40mil a year for Mahomes coming up.

Hello all. Chiefs fan here. The excitement in KC (and I am sure in Tenn) is palpable. Both teams are so close to heading to the SB, yet so far. This is going to be an epic game. Here are a few thoughts.

1. I am truly surprised that Vegas and so many sports commentators are picking the Chiefs. I am guessing they either did not watch the previous game we played, or are choosing to ignore it. Henry is a BEAST! He embarrasses d-backs like nobody I have seen.

2. While everybody is talking about Henry, they seem to give no regard to Tannehill. I haven't watched him a lot, but he seems to make the right throws when the pressure is on.

3. I hear a lot of buzz about how much better our defense has been recently, and while that may be true, they still really struggle against the run and nobody runs it better than DH. Chiefs will be focusing everything on trying to stop the run. If Tannehill can make key throws at key times, the Chiefs are in big trouble. Your o-line is amazing!

4. I think what people are missing is the inspired way the Titans are playing. They have been underdogs on the road with nothing to lose and rising to the occasion. Vrabel has everybody feeding off of that and playing to their peak potential.

5. Regarding social media and local media, there are a few delusional fans that have poor memory talking about an easy Chiefs victory, but most of us understand what a huge challenge we are facing.

I would not bet huge on a Chiefs win or a Titans win. I think it will be a knock-down, drag out fight till the end. I do think the Chiefs will pull it out in the end, but it will not be easy.

Here's to a great game where everybody stays healthy and the refs let the players play!

Mahomes is easily the better qb.....kc easy

While I agree they will not be able to keep these weapons, I do think with Mahomes they will be able to just reload...time will tell, but I don’t know how you construct a d to beat them when they get going

Yeah that figure has been tossed around.....think about it, he’s only 24, he, if he stays healthy, will get 2 or 3 huge contracts before he’s done... so 12 years or more at 40 million or more....1/2 a billion. When you factor in his endorsements, he might be the first billion dollar football player
 
Mahomes is a headache to plan against. dude was taking 10 yard drops rolling out throwing off back foot on the run and throwing absolute dimes. When we did have everyone covered and actually got a pass rush he would have such perfect pocket awareness that we never got close to touching him. Hats off to the dude! Wish he was in the NFC lmao. He's going to have a great career. Congrats to Andy Reid too. KC is a very likeable team other than that dbag Clark... and Honey Badger.

Barring some type of very unfortunate accident, I expect him to be THE qb of the NFL for a long time.
