The only thing that Robinson is responsible for is getting the good players and he’s done a commendable job at that.

He should tell Vrabel that he needs to do a better job coaching and making adjustments during the game though.

You do realize ever since his tenture here he has used majority of his assets to make our offense better and were still stuck to trash play every year since he has been our GM. How much do we have invested in our O? Tons of draft picks and money, and were nowhere near elite. He is to blame. He got the job with tons of draft picks and given any elite GM in the league we would of already been SB contenders. In 2016, the Rams were in much worst hands than us and their front office including their GM has been excellent in building that roster to a caliber SB threat team, within three years span. Something Jon Robinsin failed to do.

J-Rob and Vrabel have a get out of jail free card in Mariota. All they have to say is we did not draft this guy, and they will get another chance. So there is NO Chance either one goes next season. I would settle for a new O-Line Coach, Carter has to go

I honestly feel a good Oline coach would solve a LOT of problems here... but will Vrabel be willing to fire his guy?

Usually coaches have a hard time firing their own guys, but yes totally agree with you
 
O-line coach and QB change = this offense looks good all of a sudden.

Or just running a scheme that works for the line.
