Can a debut get any better?
I don't even know what that wasThat td celebration was awesome too
I don't even know what that was
Great, now go compare those 2 GM's 1 through 5 round drafts with JR's and let's see how they compare.Actually, the 1st 2 TITANS GM’s have landed on a couple 6th to 7th rounders.
Flloyd Reese – Hartwig 6th, Scaife 6th, Amano 7th, Finnegan 7th
Mike Reinfeldt – McCourty 6th, Mariani 7th
Jon Robinson’s only 6th round (and 7th round) prize that’s proven more value than hurt from 2016-2020 has been ILB David Long, and even that’s still under the magnifying glass with the step down this defense has taken thus far.

Reese was GM from 1994-2006 and he's got 4 notable players from the 6th & 7th rounds (2 of which still weren't very good Amano, Hartwig).
Reinfelt was GM for 6 years and got 1 quality starter and a punt/kick returner.
Such a bad argument. Most GM's are going to miss on those guys. I mean have we even had that many late rounds picks anyway. Kinda feels like we always trade those to move up.
Now I will say that I don't understand us taking QB's late in the draft. But most of this board thought Luke Falk was the next Tom Brady when the pick happened lol
TITANS GMS
A. I was very careful to say
not oilers - which puts the stage at 1999 to 2006.
B. Reinfeldt was not for 6 years, he was for 5. 2007 - 2011.
C. I hope to god not "most" of us did not think he was the 2nd coming... they just pumped sunshine into the fact a QB was taken same spot & position as when Brady was in 2000... eye candy to lure readers.
D. Jon Robinson has been GM for 4 years and he has only produced 1 rotational LB. So he is more than on pace for worst Titan GM 6th round and beyond.
Bur he was the GM during the transition. It’s not like there was another GM before we moved the team. You are leaving out those years because he probably whiffed all those years
This has to be the most ridiculous post in all of Titans history. A guy complaining about late round duds.
PK is that you? Lol what’s next gonna complain about the lack of success from UDFA?
Again, if you’re crying about how he drafts late you’ve got a good GM. There are legitimate things to complain about with JRob but this is not one of them.
Yes, I'm complaining - and it's 100 percent truth.
And I set the parameters at the Titans history. If you cannot work around outsets, then you probably shouldn't be responding to opinions regarding history...

Jon Robinson sucks drafting in the 6th and 7th round 1000%.
He's better off trading to a team that's trying to get players off the books or rebuilding. That was the entire point from the get go -- which falls back to a great trade, relinquishing only a 6th rounder that probably would have been a practice squad guy anyways..
To say “most of this board” thought Luke Falk was the next Brady suggests you missed a lot of sarcasm.Reese was GM from 1994-2006 and he's got 4 notable players from the 6th & 7th rounds (2 of which still weren't very good Amano, Hartwig).

Every 6th round pick gets at least jokingly compared to Brady, especially if it’s a QB.
I think the fact that he was a QB, 6th round and the 199th pick..same as Brady that got his nephew or uncle on here all fired up lolTo say “most of this board” thought Luke Falk was the next Brady suggests you missed a lot of sarcasm.

There were a couple people legit saying he would be better than Matt cassel and possibly even compete/push Mariota.I think the fact that he was a QB, 6th round and the 199th pick..same as Brady that got his nephew or uncle on here all fired up lol
Forget his name
What a sad life to be complaining about 6th and 7th round draft picks. I’ll bet you’re fun at parties.
It’s the same team.... only the mascot and city changed. You just don’t want to include the other years because it doesn’t help your argument.
Who do you think the best GM in the NFL is?
