Per PFF, Mariota was pressured on 18 pass plays and sacked 9 times.

Would love to know what the league average of sacks/pressure is, but I guarantee it isn't 50%.

Luck was best in the league at 9%. Not surprisingly, Mariota was worst at 30%

It would be interesting to see how many sacks the qbs have taken that have atleast 25 hits.

MARCUS MARIOTA, TENNESSEE TITANS

Accuracy and pocket presence have been an issue for Mariota in the early going, as he’s thrown the fifth-highest percentage of uncatchable passes on throws beyond the line of scrimmage, and he’s been sacked on 39.5% of his pressured dropbacks, by far the highest rate in the league. The sack rate has been a trend for Mariota, so he must do a better job of getting the ball out of his hand. Overall, Mariota has the No. 22 passing grade in the league, at 58.3, but the No. 4 rushing grade at 75.4.

Thank god mary got us our one win tho right @VondyP and @Thaddeus43!

Once again the least effective part of the team...passing game. Seems to be a theme throughout the Mary years

The Titans are undefeated (7-0) when scoring 22 or more points since the start of last season -- tied for best in NFL

So the sack per pressure isn’t on the qb?? Aren’t we supposed to have an ultra athletic qb who can dodge sacks?
I’m just spitballing here...but how about a line that doesn’t ole 1/3 of the time
