So basically a cold off the bench tanny is twice as good as career on the line Mary. Got itMariota posted a 36.6 grade (out of 100) yesterday, the second-lowest of his career (worst was a 2018 start vs. Indy).
Tannehill finished with a PFF grade of 64.1 yesterday.
Only problem I have with this is when they would show the qb cam angle, there was always atleast 1 open man. I think both Mariota and Tannehill have a hard time with anticipating throws.Per @NextGenStats, only 1 of the 7 sacks allowed Sunday by #Titans occurred under 3.9 seconds, which re-enforces the idea that QBs didn't see much in the way of open receivers -- wound up eating the ball while looking.
Per J Glennon
Really appreciate this analysis every week-Marcus Mariota played 40 snaps before benched for Ryan Tannehill, who played 30 snaps
-A.J. Brown and Delanie Walker both played a season-high 40 snaps
-37 snaps for Derrick Henry, 29 for Dion Lewis, 4 for Dalyn Dawkins

Wesley Woodyard played 95% of the defensive snaps after Jayon Brown left with a groin injury early
-With no Cameron Wake or Sharif Finch, Reggie Gilbert played 85% of defensive snaps. Harold Landry 77%
