It is an illusion. Tannehill is getting rid of the ball as fast as possible. The line is the same crappy line it has been for years now. The difference is Tannehill isn't making them block, which is exactly what he has to do.
It was the biggest difference between Mariota and Tannehill, when Tannehill took over. It wasnt because the line all of a sudden played better because they liked Tannehill more than Mariota, it was Tannehill wasnt holding on to the ball.
For awhile now Tannehill regressed by holding on to the ball. Mariota disease, he was too scared of making mistakes and waited too long for the perfect play.
