I also think they might really like what they have in Finch. Dude had a top 20 pass rush grade in the league and was seeing more playing time every week until he got hurt. I get you and liked the pick. As I stated I’ve been a fan of his selections overall but I’m also a believer that every draft pick is a swing with the bat for the most part... so law of averages says it’s better to have more swingsUsed capital for Conklin after trading out of their original spot and gaining draft capital. Not really the same thing. And Conklin was a fantastic pick anyways.
