He's an inconsistent injury prone quarterback. One good year minus a superbowl does not warrant an above 20m contract.
Go ahead give him 30m a year and see him revert back to the norm and see who the moron is.
 
Way too often guys coming off the snap unblocked. I have to admit, Mariota is handling it well today
 
The corner blitz was telegraphed...you have to adjust your protection or the play in general to account for it. Can't roll out right into his grasp.
