I'm not sure how I feel about this

On one hand Jones allowed us to beat New England. Then lose to bad teams....
 
I don't know about this? I mean he wasn't good at all last season and I was hoping we find a better upgrade.
 
Jones good guy to have around. When we upgrade center he moves to guard. Just makes to much sense to keep him around.
 
Ben Jones sucks!! We haven’t had a good center since Mawae! Jones was ok when we first signed him but he’s horrible now!
 
What in the fucking fuck? I hate this extension. He was good his first year. He's been a liability since.

Interesting quotes from Vrabel. Definitely see a move to guard coming at some point.

He's not exactly saying his output forced us to extend him, but pointing to intangibles.

Smart and instinctive means little when he's put on his ass the moment the ball is snapped.
 
Maybe this extension is just so they can keep him around to eat the locker room bugs.
 
I think they gave him Extenz instead of extension

Only way this makes sense if it’s like the Woodyard extension where they can get out for nothing.
 
He’s be ok as depth to me, not starter.

I said something in another thread about titans going titans and signing guys that don’t need resigned, good timing to help prove the point.
