That number doesn't include Vaccaro, Wake or Pamphile....so I would guess we are sitting more around 18-20mil. Our rookie cap estimate is 5.8 mil. So we don't have a whole lot more to spend.
This morning I saw someone mention $26m left this year. They made it sound like that included all the new guys, but I'm not sure.
 
It's nice to see the roster improve, but we aren't in win now mode. Honestly, this smells of JR trying to find out if Mariota is worth spending money on, or if he's drafting a QB in 2020. I'm okay with that though, because in that case we'd have a great roster with a rookie QB, sort of like Seattle years ago when Wilson got drafted to a very solid team.
Yeah, i could see that, but brining in a high end backup like Tanehill is a "win now" kinda move IMO.
